SOLD 2008 Classic With Extras (suv/sunroof Legit Shower And More) Denver Area

    2008 550 Classic.

    Factory Details/Extras.

    SUV Off-Road Package

Opening Sunroof with bugscreen/tint and curtain

Spare tire -- compact (we also have a full size spare -- details below)

    54 quart stainless cooler

Side Tent -- recently re-coated with water repellent and both zipper bodies replaced

    Leveling Jacks

    2 burner slide in/out stove.

    Sink and facet

120 v GFCI outlet in kitchen. (when plugged in)

    Add'l Upgrades/extras -- All included:

Far superior mattress (in our opinion) over original. 2 layers/egg crate foam, 1 layer thick memory foam topped with thin pillow topper. Awesome setup.

Complete legitimate HOT water shower setup:

Full privacy shower tent with floor (30 second setup/tear down/collapses into small footprint)

On demand propane water heater with stand and on/off full size sprayer head (3 minutes to setup/tear down/fits into small portion of one of the rear storage and "tunnel")

Water fill hose doubles as water heater supply hose

Long propane hose with regulator quick connects to the back Classic jacks and water heater

This setup can be placed anywhere within about 15 feet of the back connects and while always being judicious, we got 6 showers and still had to drain the tank before heading home. Nothing beats a shower after a bike ride, hike or simply hosing off bug repellent.

Two camping chairs: Both fit in the same rear cubby as the water heater. These are the quality low profile concert style.

Hitch lock: secures the Campinn while out for the day.

    Wheel chocks.

    Tongue stand:

removable extra support for the front over just using the original wheeled support. Bolts to the a-frame to better stabilize the Campinn.

Other details: All lights/circuits are functioning. Propane tank is probably 80% full. The battery is fairly new and has been pulled every winter. Water system is completely good to go. Never allowed to freeze, drained and winterized properly with RV antifreeze. Both tanks (potable/grey) are in great shape. Pump works amazing -- no problem handling shower setup.

Tires are fairly new, a few thousand miles. Best original mounted on chrome rim for full size spare which we brought along during longer trips. Tracking is good and wheel bearings replaced and repacked not long before last tires.

All seals are tight and in good state except in the back hatch where the lock has rubbed the inner edge a touch. There's never been any water infiltration issues.

    Wear and tear:

There is some pitting along the fender wells and the front from dirt roads. One of the window screens has a tiny clear patch over a small hole and one of the window blinds first tab is separated. As the pictures show, there are some superficial (could probably buff out) swirl marks from low hanging pine trees and some sap marks on the skin. We quickly stopped bothering after the first few pebble pits. There are also some scuffs within the front storage tunnel and rear boxes but the interior is quite clean but for a handful of small holes where we at one time had small speakers. The cooler's stainless skin has a few minor dents from strapping it down tight. We've also replaced the rear hatch Tee handle.

We are the original owners and garaged it 24/7 but for when in actual use. Hard to say, maybe 10,000 miles of travel mostly weekenders. We thoroughly enjoyed and loved the Campinn -- but as our hobbies grow to include kiteboarding and paddleboarding -- we need more space.

We are in the Denver Colorado area and will be happy to answer any questions but I was sure to include pics of the wear and tear too.

$6,500 firm -- this is priced to sell everything quickly before we change our minds and keep it just because it's so damned cool :)

    Hi all,
I just wanted to follow up -- we have a pending sale. We're just waiting for the fire situation on I-70 to resolve to arrange transfer.

    Thanks,
    Jeff
