    Hello Folks,

We are David & Treva from the upstate of SC. We are soon-to-be owners of a brand new 560 ultra and we are really looking forward to picking it up next month.

We have been reading the forum for some time trying to make the decision if this was the right camper for us. After reading much of the contents on this forum we were pretty sure a Camp-Inn would be a good fit. Cary set up a meeting with Mary Ellen & Warren and they were gracious enough to show us their beloved 560 and that clinched the deal. So this hello has been some time in coming.

We have a lot to learn and we are amazed at the volume and quality of information on this forum. This community is a fantastic asset. We look forward to sharing our experiences and reading about yours. We will definitely have a few questions.

We are relatively new campers. We have done mostly backpacking-type camping but we love the outdoors and are looking forward to using the camper. Neither of us has ever towed anything so there will definitely be a learning curve. We are recently retired and look forward to exploring with our new toy.

We are now back home with 560 Ultra #972 - we have named it the Oconee Belle (after a rare wildflower found in our county of SC the Oconee Bell). Camp-Inn did a custom galley door for us with an Oconee Bell drawing - which turned out great! I've tried to upload a picture of the door as well as the real flower so you all can see how it turned out.

We are headed out on 6/10 for our first trip since we returned from Necedah - based on a recommendation from Warren & Mary Ellen we are heading out to Keowee-Toxaway State Park which is only 15 miles from home. We snagged one of the two pull-thru sites. It will give a chance to practice our camping skills and enjoy some time outdoors. We will certainly post a report of our adventure!

Thanks to Warren & Mary Ellen for all the help and encouragement you guys have provided. We look forward to camping with you soon!
