Gift For A Chef

    Hello, give me a suggestion a gift for a chef

    to use on the trailer stove when camping?

    A two-sided griddle is nice, one side is smooth, the other ridged.

    Some like the cast iron version - very even heat, but it is heavy and requires some care. Perhaps better for grilled foods?
    Some like the aluminum version with a non-stick coating. Light, and easy for breakfasts like pancakes, eggs, etc.

    I have both, but it's the lightweight that usually comes camping. We don't grill steaks/burgers, but do like a big breakfast!

    Well, if they are a camp chef, the M1 Portable Grill is really cool. I want one, but the price seems a little too high for me.

    Kuhn Rikon Chop Chop. Great for the campinn. Can chop efficiently but also can make sauces.

    If you don't mind spending the money, a UUNI 3 or UUNI PRO are awesome cookers.
