20161012_175951-01.jpeg We're going to be visiting our son in White Plains NY this weekend, so decided to see some places that we've not been before. One of them is Cape Cod, and we've really enjoyed it - NO crowds and the weather's been beautiful. Did some nice hikes and put some miles on the bikes.
Staying in a nice private Campground- Sweetwater Woods - as nearby Nickerson SP does not have electric sites.

    Ken & Peggy,
Your photo of the house on the shore is simply stunning. Love it!

Thanks. The whole area is full of post card scenes - it's incredibly camera friendly.
This one's from Provincetown Harbor -

Lovely! It may be full of postcard scenes, but you are exceptional at capturing them!

Thanks Tom & Diana. Here are a few from this weekend while our son acted as tour guide showing us around NYC. IMG_20161015_193526_processed.jpg 20161016_142319-01.jpeg 20161015_163715-01.jpeg 20161015_155218-01.jpeg

When Michael and I took off as full-timers we had been living on Cape Cod. We love it there! Visited last month and it felt like we never left! So much beauty in one place! September and October are the best months to visit!

We sure loved it. Only spent a few days there, but it was enough to get a good feel for the cape. Heard from locals that this is a good time to visit - no crowds, nice weather...
We saw no rain for the entire 12 day trip, pretty nice.

Thanks! The pics are from a Samsung Galaxy S7 - these cell phones are getting better and better.
