It's going to be 104 degrees here tomorrow so we're very much looking forward to driving up to cool Wisconsin in September to pick up our brand new 560 Ultra and going to the Camp-Inn Camp-Outt! Can't wait to meet some of you seasoned campers! We're taking a slow trip back and hitting Pere-Marquette State Park, IL., Mark Train National Forest, MO., Ouachita National Forest, OK. and then Austin. See you at the Camp-Outt in September if you're going!

Hey there! Good for you! Jim and I will be at CICO and am looking forward to meeting you. Jim says, "I'm sure you'll be easy to spot - the shiny new CI". All of us dusty ones will be waiting to shake your hand.

See ya there and enjoy the maiden voyage.

    Camp on,

Congrats. So you got your order placed I see and upgraded to the 560. And, yes, it is hot here right now.

Once you get your trailer, we should do some joint camp outs.

    Carol & Greg,
Your pickup date must be close to ours. We are sept. 23, and plan to be at cico on the 24th. Hope to meet you there. It should be fun to learn things from so many veterans.

Welcome fellow Texans, Carol & Greg! I hope you have a wonderful experience picking up your 560 & the CICO & camping on the way home!
Ouachita NF is beautiful! Which area do you plan to visit/camp? We tent camped outside of Mena, AR with my brother & SIL years ago.....and had about 3 inches of water run thru our tent (and all our sleeping bags & duffel bags of clothes) during an afternoon thunderstorm. I learned that day that an 8 lb flannel lined sleeping bag weighs about 50-60lbs when soaking wet! Hubby had to go into town & find a laundry mat and run them on the spin cycle in the washer before he could even think about putting them in the dryer....he said everyone else from our campground was there doing the same thing....LOL! SO GLAD those kind of "memory making" camping trips are in the past now with our CampInn!

Welcome to the CampInn family. We will be heading for Austin in 9 more days. Our plan is to take a month to get there and 2-3 weeks to get back. Hope it is not as hot there as the 104 you are reporting.

    Happy travels!
