This is the exotic camping locale where we spent our Fourth-of-July weekend. At least a few of you should recognize the place.

Were you picking up a new camper or just visiting?

We had several purposes in mind.

Our A/C needed some attention; we needed a place to park the teardrop for a night while we ate dinner in Chicago (Alinea), and we wanted to ride the famous Elroy-Sparta bike trail (the first (or so) Rail-to-Trail bike path which is about 20 miles south of Necedah. We then stayed the rest of the weekend in their very private camping area.

The A/C is working again, dinner was fabulous, the trail (and those long tunnels!) was great too, 70 miles great.

And it's only a 10 hour drive from home in Nebraska.

Very nice! Craig and Cary are nice people to have a site available for customers, both past and present. We were just there a month ago having some upgrades done and also going to Yellowstone.
It sounds like a great bike ride and a fun overall weekend!
