...beautiful rig. Susan had only a second to capture the moment, nice goin!

PS Frank, sounds like your new beautiful rig is coming together, don't forget your open invitation to WICH, might make for a nice BKT free shakedown trip.

    Which WICH is that...
Is that the TD enclave??? where you 3-5 hang out during Summer??
Just spoke with dealer, ETA, 1st Oct... heheh, but we're going to "Work" on that, so not sure exactly what I'll end up with right now... I have Moab scheduled 1st week in Oct and don't really want to do it in a tent...

I'll look forward to the visit and shakedown cruise, just not sure when..

    Thanks all..

You got it Frank, there are almost always a couple of Camp-Inn trailers here, but most of the RVs in the campground are SOBs ( Some Other Brand )...

...so your new rig would fit right in.

These Camp-Inns and Airstreams have a natural affinity for each other, they just look right together don't you think?

Well folks, the teardrop trailers have left the campground, but this is such a beautiful place that they won't be able to stay away for long!

Saw not one but two teardrop travel trailers in Port Townsend this morning!

This one was camped at Point Hudson.

Saw this woody at Fort Casey SP on Whidbey Island this morning...

... then later in the morning saw this Cozy Cruiser parked in a drive in Port Townsend...

Nice row boat as well, these folks have their priorities in order!

...now I know you're not keeping track but that makes 4 teardrops in just 3 days...

...sighted by yours truly up here in teardroppers paradise! (apparently, all these teardrop folks I've seen this summer can't all be wrong)

    Yep, good eye there...

Ft Casey, a fav as we used to dive the Jetty there, so camping here was perfect.. problem is that you can't get in, too crowded... now with all the power posts... but great just watching the Ferries roll in and out...
    fun..

Thanks Deb and Kyle, if you keep reading I'll keep posting. Congratulations on bringing "Little Patriot" home, looking forward to reading about your continuing adventures with her.

Frank, yeah we usually only camp at Fort Casey mid week, it's always booked up for the weekends. Once last summer we drove through on a weekend and the camp host said there was a site available due to a no show so you never know. It is a spectacular setting so a reservation is the way to go especially this time of year when the weather is almost always nice. (except for today, it's raining) I've been wondering about the diving there, thanks for posting the pictures.

Wow Michael you really get out and about. I love seeing the pictures. Keep up the good work. I'm heading out for E Wa. I will check on conditions and smoke first.
I'm glad to see a little rain. I plowed and replanted a field in the spring so it is suffering from lack of water.

Frank, you do a great job on the forum too! Love your pictures from all the various places you've been, esp. from your dives. Bet you've got great stories to go along with the pictures. Look forward to seeing the next chapter with your new rig. AND you're ahead of schedule!! :)

Woah! Saw another teardrop travel trailer go by...

... that's 5 in less than a week. Port Townsend does attract folks who think outside the box, in this case SOB (same old box) RVs.

Wow, a lot of teardrops sure show up in your neck of the woods. I never had so many lookie loos as I did when I was over there. I stayed a few days in the Marina Camp and someone was there all the time. It was fun. Most of the time. I had a guy pull in next to me in a huge trailer with everything including the inside and outside kitchens. Things folded out outside so he had a regular kitchen outside. Yet, he wanted to see my trailer. I said I'll show you mine if you'll show me your's. I had never seen anything like that. I guess he hadn't either. LOL
