The Camp Inn trailer is very well insulated. An adult puts out about 100 Watts, add a child or a dog for another 50 Watts. If it's not too cold outside, warm the cabin before bedtime with a hot water bottle, a couple of thick blankets or a down comforter, you will stay warm all night.

The lid of a 7-pin connector should have a little tab that engages a recess on the mating connector that should prevent it from coming loose. Make sure that when the connector is fully inserted that latch engages solidly. Also check to see if either of these features is worn or missing.

You didn't say if you have a lithium battery. If so, some versions of lithium battery have an internal "shut off" mechanism that powers down the battery to prevent parasitic drain. There is a reset procedure to turn it on, perhaps what you did woke it up.
