We tow with the 4cy; Outback with CVT - climbed mountains, snow etc and never felt like we needed anymore with the 550. However, we also subscribe to the idea that we are there to see the scenery so we don't drive much over 55mph

We found the same griddle but in the half size - leaves one burner free to boil the kettle which we find helpful!

Great site -that would certainly be fun if we could have our TD up there to take some short trips! Thank-you. We are kind of excited but a bit overwhelmed. We should know if a couple of weeks if it is happening.

My husband may be moving to Seattle for work shortly. Since owning the tear drop we are finding ourselves hankering to live in something other than a square apartment. There seems to be a ton of Camp-Inn owners in that area on the map so we would love to connect. My 'pie in the sky' idea...

Does anyone have pictures of the handicap bars that are installed by Camp-Inn? I may be closer to using them than I realized when we bought ours.

We also carry two good old fashioned water bottles. Heat up some water, fill em up and put them into the bed while you make dinner. Makes for a very cosy start to the night!

Love the sink and onboard water. The biggest use for us is when we are on the go and stop for lunch (love how we can stop anywhere-pull out the chairs, wash our hands and make lunch!). Always get a lot of surprised looks but we can clean up quickly and our lunches are a lot better than we would...

Re: NW Round up Late July - early August and we might be able to come from CA - no kids in school then.

We added a 2 inch latex topper to our CI mattress and it is perfect. In fact it was so comfortable in the TD that when we came home after a month-long trip we could not sleep on the mattress we had on our bed! So now we have latex in both places :))

I have a dometic 35 fridge and I'm looking at purchasing the insulated cover. Anyone had experience with these and where have you purchased them?

I know there is probably some perfectly simple explanation for this but ........... I received my new Dometic fridge today and I am at a loss to understand what the wire grid is for - it appears to have no bottom so I guess it is not a basket. Can anyone enlighten me please?

Has anyone bought anything from the company? They advertise the Dometic for $495https://www.rvpartscountry.com/ I nearly bought one on Amazon but they say it is CF35 but they list the dimensions as 25.4X17.3 X17.1 which doesn't seem right to me
