Hello All After A Long Absence

I haven't been active on the site now for a couple of years having dealt with health issues with me wife, camping has taken a bit of a back burner however I'm now in a better place to get out in nature on a regular and hope to gain insights from those who are staying active with their camping. It's good to be back. Ben H

That happens to a lot of campers....I'm glad you're back. Can't wait for camping season to return -- I'm looking forward to hearing about your adventures.

 

Maryland is temperate enough that we can kind of camp year round - I've not seen any below zero temps in the 24 years I've lived here and rarely are we in the single digits. I enjoy winter camping for the most part. Since discovering electric chainsaws, getting enough firewood to stay warm usually isn't a problem.
