    Hi all.

My family will soon be the proud owners of a CI.

For those of you who have kids regularly sleeping in the bunk beds, what do you use for cover for them? A down blanket or sleeping bags?

Also anyone with tips on how we can cover the cushions with something waterproof if a kid has an accident?

    Thanks.

Wouldn’t a normal child’s blanket work. How old are they?

Why don't you let the kids choose? Bet they'd go for sleeping bags. Snug as a bug in a rug.

We ended up deciding on sleeping bags, which I think they prefer. For accidents we're going to sew some fitted sheets for the couch cushions and then slip some puppy pads underneath

I used twin mattress pads vinyl in case of accidents on my truck bench seats. Keeps seats protected from accidents and dogs

Wrap the cushions in quilted crib mattress protectors... (we had some left over from earlier times).. they are a little wider and shorter than the cushions, but stretch over... waterproof section covers all but the feet of the cushion which is good enough. For blankets, we just use some small felt throws... Sleeping bags were too big, bulky, hot, and difficult to wash for our use.

    That's a good idea! Thanks!
